OVH backbone maintenance took our host offline for 4 minutes
OVH rerouted the Gravelines gateway during scheduled backbone maintenance on 22 February 2026, and our host there was unreachable for 4 minutes. We had no second node to fail over to, so nothing could be done on our side until OVH's network came back. We phoned every affected customer within 24 hours, confirmed no messages or payments were missed, and gave each of them a month free. It is one of the reasons we moved to our own hardware, where a second node is being built.
