Withdraw from a contract here

If you are a consumer and ordered from us at a distance, you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. There are exceptions. If you asked us to start work within those 14 days, you pay for the part already done. Once a service has been fully carried out at your request, after you confirmed that you would lose this right, you can no longer withdraw. Your order confirmation says what applies to your order.

Fill in the form and press the confirm button. You get a confirmation by email straight away, with what you sent and the date and time we received it. We then check your order and tell you what we refund.

Bent u consument en heeft u op afstand besteld, dan heeft u in de regel 14 dagen om zonder opgave van redenen te herroepen. Er zijn uitzonderingen: heeft u ons gevraagd binnen die 14 dagen te beginnen, dan betaalt u voor het deel dat al is uitgevoerd, en is een dienst op uw verzoek volledig uitgevoerd nadat u bevestigde dat u dit recht daarmee verliest, dan kunt u niet meer herroepen (artikel 6.5 van de Voorwaarden). Vul het formulier in en druk op de bevestigingsknop; u ontvangt direct een bevestiging per e-mail.
